Lifeguards & Pool Monitors for the Season
Our flagship Officer-in-Charge lifeguarding program provides top notch supervision throughout the pool season. Based on our proprietary on-site management structure, your team of guards is run by an Officer-in-Charge to ensure training, scheduling and management are localized to your facility.
Our guards are trained through Imperial’s American Red Cross certification program. To ensure your facility is staffed all summer long, Imperial provides American Red Cross Lifeguard Training courses throughout the season, as well as provides in-service training to our employees to ensure they are prepared and informed.
